When you buy credits, when using function of the site, you will be using up your credits. It shows how much each function cost on the page where you make the payment. I did not understand second part of your question. |

i signed up for 6 months, 6 months has just passed and I realize i have been charged for numerous other billings for no reason....not once, not twice, but 4 or 5 additional times..is this how you guys make money??

On May 15 2011 you subscribed to 3 months subscription, which renewed itself every 3 months unless you canceled it. so on Aug 18 2011 it renewed also on Nov 15 2011 then again on Feb 15 2012 Yet again on Nov 4 2012 you created another subscription withthis account for 6 months (subscription) which will renew itself unless you cancel it. Please look at the attach file. We do not have your credit card information, nor we have access to them, and you are only person who can create subscription and cancel it. It is wrong to accuse of creating payment on your behalf, you are more than welcome to call paypal and ask them if there is anyway we can create subscription or payment on your behalf and see what kind of answer you get. Keep in mind that Paypal is the only payment provider which we use. |
