If you do not have a VIP membership and only have Basic membership, each time you use certain function of the site, it costs you Credits. Keep in mind not all functions cost credits.

because you uploaded a fake picture, when we find users uploading fake pics or show their email address, we remove all their credits.

Admin, I uploaded nothing... and had not sent any messages before I messaged you about the loss of my credit-Nearly 500 of them. It could be glitch or whatever, but it happens.. and You said you'd look into it.. but I never heard again from you. So it's not always the users.

I have about 150 credits, but I still cannot use chat, which is supposed to cost something like 15 credits. Why?
