I am new to the Bay Area, and don't know too many Afghans. This may be a good thing. My parents did a good job raising me, in the traditional Kabuli manner, where respect and manners are eveything. Unfortunately, that can't be said of all our fellow watandars. I think we've lost most of our ways, we've lost our culture, our identity and our sense of hospitality. I believe in the best of both worlds. In Afghan values such as respect, honor, pride and adab as well as Western values such as open mindedness to other's beliefs, freedom of choice and speech. If you're interested in getting to know a genuine person, that's confident, is good looking, and from a well respected family that will respect you. Then I look forward to getting to know you.
