` Goodness! My great-great grandparents would not know what to say if they knew I was doing this! I suppose as the times change, we too must find new ways of reaching out to others around us (especially in such a big city!). I am a confident and independent young professional, smart, very funny, always laughing, nurturing, loving, supportive, expressive, open, compassionate, opinionated, sarcastic, dedicated...I''m sure there are other more damning adjectives but I''ll stick to these. I''m looking for a best friend to walk with through a full, exciting, passionate life.. I view life as a gift and try my best to not waste any moment of it! I am friendly and warm and feel strongly that if people would just take a moment to smile and say "hello" this world would be a much nicer place. I feel lucky- I have been given wonderful opportunities- a strong family, and precious friends. In fact this whole on-line situation has come about because of one of my over zealous friends who feels I spend far too much time studying and working but not enough time meeting new people. I am easy going, but will stand firmly on issues I feel strongly about. Others describe me as creative and fun (and usually I can get that compliment without paying a nominal fee!). I''m looking for a new face to hang out with, travel with, and befriend. In my opinion, there is always room for more friendships to build, and in a world as non-constant as ours, a friendly face in a crowd means so much. I hope you feel the same and I look forward to hearing from you!
