i just recently moved in with family trying to learn about islam and get married to honest guy that will treat me right i speak pashto and english , my background is afghan and was born in toronto ontario,Canada , im 19 yrs old , i have grown up with western people when young , due to being taken away from home by government due to family problems ,then i was placed in a group home ,then i got my own apartment since 16 and now recently moved back with family and trying to learn more about my religion , i want a man that is a modern muslim and not so strict

I am an Electrical Engineer by profession, residing in Stockholm since 2007. I have obtained masters degree in Electrical Engineering with distinction and currently working in a reputed organization in Stockholm. I am a hard working person and really enjoy my work a lot.
I am from a financially well-established family where education is given prime importance. However, we are not materialistic and do not consider financial background as an important factor for marriage. I am seriously searching my life partner on this website because I feel that this is the right time for me to get married, after being established in my professional career.
By nature I am simple person with an active lifestyle. I can even enjoy very small things in our daily life, for example a cup of tea with a friend/family, a walk through a forest, a long drive in night. I am really passionate about travelling and experiencing new cultures and societies. I have visited several countries in Europe, North and South America, Australia, and Middle east. I am very actively involved in sports and outdoors, and often like to be in social gatherings within family or friends.
