Hello, <br><br>It’s difficult to describe myself here with couple of sentences. The best way that I recommend is to meet for a coffee or something and then we can take it from there. <br><br>To start, I am of course a single professional, I travel for pleasure and have been trying to build a real estate portfolio throughout the country, primarily in the west coast, San Diego area for my personal investments. I work in the financial market, which I love, it’s very different from the real estate market, but it is lots of fun. I don't see myself being in the financial market for the rest of my life, so at still a young age I am trying to expand my self a little bit and diversify my portfolio, from investments in the stock market to now just starting to play with real estate. Ultimately, I would like to start investing in the commercial real estate industry. Start buying shopping centers and so forth. With the commercial real estate, from what I understand, it has less headaches, then residential. With residential real estate, you have to deal with tenants, rents and so forth. I have no interest in being a landlord. I am too busy with my fulltime job and with life; I have no time to be running after people for rent or stuff. Also, to be honest, I don’t make a great landlord, because I quickly feel bad for people, so, next thing know you know, I am renting my places for free. And that wouldn’t be a smart investment.<br><br>Closer look at me: I enjoy working out, just joined Equinox, left NY Sports Club, Equinox is much cleaner, and it’s a great gym, I try to hit the gym a least three times a week, enjoy spending time with friends, enjoy the night life in the city and also enjoy the simple things, like just relaxing in Central Park, going away for weekend, and just enjoy a quite and relaxing weekend. Of course, always trying to stay healthy. <br>Sports; I enjoy playing and watching all sports. Big Yankees and Jets fan. First time this year, bought the season tickets for all the Sunday games for the New York Yankees. So forth, it has definitely been a great investment. Even though I couldn’t make it to all the games. Great investment for my friends, they have free tickets, how do you go wrong with that, right. My family: I came from a large family, so I enjoy meeting all kinds of people. Also, it has trained me to be more compassionate towards the needs and feelings of others. Sometimes, I feel like I am everyone’s counselor…or their monk, come to me my child, what’s troubling you. No, I am just joking. <br> <br>My objective is to meet someone now, to share my life with, so that she is with me now from the beginning as we are together building an empire, and down the line, we could both look back and truly appreciate what we have accomplished. <br><br>Honestly, I can go on and on here, lol, but the best way is to drop me a line and hopefully we can meet in person and then we can take it from there. Looking forward.<br><br>Oh, one more thing, due to my profession, I can’t really post my picture here, I know this sounds very corny to you, but please understand this. I promise, I am not nasty looking, no missing teeth or an eye, no gold teeth, or any other unpleasant things that comes into your mind. I am confident not arrogant.<br><br><br>Also, one more thing, guys, please stop emailing me and asking about real estate advise. I do not work in the real estate industry, I work in the financial industry, the real estate part is just my own personal investments that I play with, so, please dont ask me for advise about real estate, I am not a real estate professional. I work on Wall Street, dealing with investment banking, global banking and private client, nothing to do with real estate. I am sorry that I cannot be of further help to the gentlemen that have been emailing me. Also, sorry for not responding, I dont respond to guys. Hopefully you can respect that. :)
