| About myself | I am an Afghan girl living in Northern Cali. I was born in Afghanistan and raised here in the USA. I been in the US for more than 20 years. I have a bachelors in public health and inshahallah planning to pursuing a masters. I am very traditional in some ways and yet modern at the same time. I have grasped the good qualities and traits of both Afghan culture and American culture. I speak fluent dari. I am very down to earth girl and I very open minded. I am looking for someone who has a little bit of everything! I know that sounds funny to say, but I want balance nothing to extreme. I want someone religious, outgoing, goal oriented, good sense of humor, funny, afghan cultured, speaks good farsi ( prefer to know how to read and write it because I want to be taught lol), ghairatdar, mature, manly , assertive, aggressive ( in some areas not all lol), open minded, adventurous, spontaneous, up lifting spirit, optimistic,RESPECTFUL, ........ etc......this list is getting to long .....I better stop before people think I am picky ....hehe lol . Aside from my crazy list one big quality I look for is someone who is respectful. To me respect between a husband and wife is a key to a good marriage. When respect is broken then many problems stem away from it. Though I have written a list of qualities , I do understand in life we most like won't find someone who is exactly what we expect, but I believe in compatibility and patience. I want be with an individual whom him and I can grow in all aspects of life together. Someone whom together we can become better muslim, daughter/son, parent. Wow I think I wrote an essay.....I sound probably really complicated lol. |
